Cozy and clean place, with good size rooms and great bathroom to relax after skiing (bathtub). You have all you need in the room, starting toothbrush and finishing slippers. Very friendly and helpfull staff 🥰 and lovely spa downstairs 😍 (had it all just for myself). You can have quite a few diferent procedures for a reasonable price. I had an amazing 1h massage performed by Kristina; just loved it 🤩 a bit less impressed with the breakfast selection but for women more than enough. Definitely would recommend this place for your stay in Andorra-very cosy and relaxing (great playlist over the building 🎶

We've been really satisfied: Our room was spacious and the possibility to use the little Spa in the hotel was perfect - we used the whirlpool. The outdoor pool was not too far away, but when we got there, it was too crowded of people (I must admit it was really really hot this day, and everybody just wanted to cool down a bit). In the restaurant they had a choice of three meals on their menu. Considering the price it was really good (20 € for a three course menu). Climatisation in the room worked out fine, Wifi as well! The breakfast offered everything you wanted - a real plus so don't miss it and the servers and staff always kind and helpful.

I didn’t stay at this hotel. I was actually staying at a hostel but with a raining afternoon I asked if they had availability at the spa. They did and for 15€ I was able to enjoy the small but adequate facilities that included a sauna, hamman, and a jacuzzi filled with the thermal waters for exactly one hour alone luckily. Not much more is needed. I then stayed in the lobby to watch the tennis match until the restaurant opened at 8pm. It is a fixed menu but the selections were great. I had the veggies and Brie, then the scorpion fish followed by the pastry and ice cream then to drink was water and a glass of sangria. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the food. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel! The location is perfect for someone to enjoy everything the area has to offer, but who would like to stay just a bit away from crowds. The views from the window are tranquil. I stayed in a junior suite which was perfect for a stay with my adult son. The spiral staircase up to the second floor of the room was very stylish and gave just the right amount of privacy. I found the staff very friendly and am surprised by some of the reviews to the contrary. It is a small boutique hotel in a charming part of the city and I believe it’s important to attempt the local language. Many misunderstandings can arise in translation and apps are so easy to access for this purpose. I would have given 5 stars but the spa didn’t meet my expectation.Even though it was very nice, the jacuzzi was too small for me as a single woman to enjoy as a shared space. That could have been avoided with pictures on the website. I would have known what it was like and would have booked a private soak. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I plan to return. Bon Día!
